Rap AI Pricing Questions
Rap AI offers monthly and yearly subscriptions plus one-time credit packs, and every option works with all three rap templates: Hotel Lobby, Burning Bridges and Bulin 47. A subscription adds credits each billing cycle, while a pack is a single purchase. A yearly card shows a full year of credits, paid out as 12 monthly grants. Each card lists its credits and the number of songs they cover.
Creating an account is free, and every template page shows sample videos you can watch before paying. New accounts start without credits, so your first video needs a plan or a pack. The smallest pack, 15 credits for $9.99, covers one rap video.
At 768P a 15-second Hotel Lobby or Bulin 47 video uses 15 credits and a 13-second Burning Bridges video uses 13; at 2K they use 25 and 22. The Generate button shows the exact number before you start, and a render that fails puts its credits back in your balance. A bigger plan never raises the cost per video.
Paid credits from a plan or a pack never expire. Unused plan credits roll over to the next month, and cancelling a plan does not remove credits already granted. Yearly plans deliver their credits in monthly grants through the prepaid year. Promotional credits, such as invite rewards, follow the expiry shown when they are granted, and expired credits are not restored.
No — monthly and yearly plans renew on their cycle, and a credit pack is a single charge with credits that never expire. To stop a plan, open Billing and cancel in the Stripe billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes, within 7 days of a payment, provided you have used no more than 10% of the credits it covers: the whole pack, that month for a monthly plan, or one month of credits for a yearly plan. Credits from every source count toward the 10%. We refund 90% of the payment to the original payment method. Email support (the address is on the contact page) with the subject Refund Request, and we reply within 5 business days. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full, and failed renders return their credits automatically. Your statutory rights are unaffected; the Refund Policy has the full terms.
Checkout runs on Stripe and takes major credit and debit cards, plus the wallets Stripe offers in your region. Card details go straight to Stripe, so Rap AI never sees or stores your full card number.
