Everything on Rap AI is paid for in credits. One template take of about 15 seconds at 768P uses 15 credits; the exact price for your settings is displayed before you start.

## Free credits

Creating an account is free. New accounts do not include generation credits, and there is no daily check-in reward; buy a credit pack or a plan to generate.

## Credit validity

Paid credits from a plan or a pack never expire. Unused plan credits roll over to the next month, and cancelling a plan does not remove credits already granted. Yearly plans deliver their credits in monthly grants through the prepaid year. Promotional credits, such as invite rewards, follow the expiry shown when they are granted, and expired credits are not restored.

## Failed generations, cancelling and refunds

When a technical fault stops a generation, the credits reserved for it go back to your balance without you asking. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from billing settings through the Stripe billing portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period, and paid credits left over stay in your balance for future videos. Refunds are requested by email only: within 7 days of a payment, if no more than 10% of the credits that payment covers have been used (the whole pack, that month for a monthly plan, or one month of credits for a yearly plan), Rap AI refunds 90% of the amount paid. Credits used from every source count, including reward credits. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full after verification. The Refund Policy has the complete terms.
